Imagine the garden about to come alive and burst into colour at springtime. It’s a busy time in the garden!  A very pretty, cute little piece in D major.

A Clown called ‘Crazy’
This clown is all over the place – he sounds a little busy but crazy fun!  Give this piece some attitude!! (Accents, slurs, louds and softs etc)  It will sound great 🙂

A Spanish Serenade
This piece is included in ANZCA Music Examinations, Classical piano, Grade 3, List C; https://anzca.com.au/   A lovely gentle piece in the key of A Major.  The theme develops with a nice LH waltz style, use the suggested fingering for an even flow.

A Day in England
Your day in England is full of classical music from yesteryear.  Many themes running through this piece – lots of fun to learn!

Chinatown
This piece has been selected for the ANZCA Music Examinations Classical Piano Syllabus Grade 4, List C; https://anzca.com.au/  It’s a busy morning at Chinatown. Imagine the happy  bustle with people getting ready for the Lantern Festival.  There are several themes running through this piece.  The RH plays a very important role, with a repeated 3-note pattern sounding – stick with the same fingering throughout this theme and you’ll be ok.  Watch out for the accidentals on page 2!  Don’t worry, it’s easy to understand when you play it!

Quiet Nights
The stillness of a clear night, twinkly stars and a moon peeping through from behind the clouds.  Sounds slightly unusual and dramatic at times!
